THE STORY OF TAFFIO: Taffio was born from the search for a product that could meet the quality and standards of a true homemade kitchen. We know well that often cooking for our four-legged friends requires a lot of time and effort, but above all, it becomes complicated to maintain a homemade diet when going on vacation. After much research, we found this small company in Modena that deals with meats for human consumption, in collaboration with them and with the support of specialized veterinarians, we studied a product that could respect the quality and nutrition of a true homemade diet. The processing of raw materials is very important to us, and we take care of every detail to satisfy every palate. The product is strictly placed in a GLASS JAR, hermetically sealed. After completing the product, sterilization is carried out through a thermal treatment that consists of boiling the tightly closed jars in a covered pot. By doing so, sterilization is achieved, sufficient to make the packaged product stable over time, which, however, not being completely aseptic, cannot remain unchanged indefinitely.
