Shipping policy

All orders from our webshop are shipped via PostNL or UPS.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

THE NETHERLANDS

For packages up to 23 kg we charge € 7,90;
For packages from 23 kg up to 30 kg we charge € 11,90.
Take into account that the maximum weight is 30 kg per package, if the order cannot be send in one package, additional shipping costs are added, we will contact you in advance.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

No, there is no minimum order amount.

IS COLLECT ORDER ALSO POSSIBLE?

Yes, you can also collect the order in our store in Amsterdam, Pet Emporium, Czaar Peterstraat, 249 - 1018 PL, during opening hours (Tuesday - Saturday - from 11am to 6pm)

Choose pick up while confirming the order. In that case we do not charge shipping costs.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

You usually receive your order within 2 or 3 working days *. As rule, all items are in stock. In exceptional cases, an item may be out of stock. In that case we will inform you immediately.

TRACK & TRACE

After shipment you will receive a track & trace link from us with which you can follow the order.

LAST, BUT NOT LEAST, WE RECYCLE BOXES!

We do have a lot of boxes from our supplier, we want to minimize their environmental impact and want to reduce their landfill waste output.
